Charities

A few years ago, we realised we had some money left over at the end of the season, and were discussing how to proceed at our AGM. The league overwhelmingly voted to donate money to charities, particularly local ones, or charities that have directly aided league members, their families, and friends.

Happily, this has now become an intrinsic and regular part of our league! Each year ew vote on charities, and pick one or more to which we’ll donate.

So far, we’ve been lucky enough to support the following – links attached in case you would like to donate yourselves!
